A Message From Our President…
At the beginning of 2023, Integrated Ag Services implemented a new leadership structure. Our owner, Dave Scheiderer, became the Chief Financial Officer. I was promoted to president, and Alicia Barterian was promoted to director of agronomy services. Dave has worked hard since starting the business in 1990 to develop a talented team that has grown to continue providing valuable agronomic services to his customers in Ohio and beyond. It was time for the team to lead in new ways because of this successful growth.
Agriculture has been a part of my life ever since I can remember. Even at 36 years young, I can say that I have seen incredible amounts of technological advancements in my lifetime. Agriculture has seen vast changes even in recent years. Luckily, we believe change and innovation go hand in hand. You can’t have one without the other.
